DAY 1 (Tuesday): Arrive Moscow

Arrive at Moscow Airport, where you meet your Tour Manager and proceed to your hotel for check-in (after 14:00 p.m.) for a three-nights stay. (Indian Dinner)

DAY 2 (Wednesday): Moscow

Today depart with your local guide for a tour to the Kremlin, the former office of Lenin, Stalin, Gorbachov, and the seat of the current Government. Next, whilst within the Kremlin Walls, visit the Armoury Museum and get a glimpse of this unique treasure house, containing a wealth of articles of decorative and applied arts of Russia, European countries and the Orient between the 4th to 20th Centuries. Thereafter, experience a true sense of being a ‘Moskovite’, with a guided tour of the elaborate Underground and Metro system, before taking a stroll up one of Moscow’s oldest streets, Old Arbat. DAY 3 (Thursday): Moscow

This morning you meet the expert local guide and proceed for a tour of Moscow. On the tour you will see the main sights of this beautiful historic city including the Red Square, the main square of Moscow dating back to the 15th Century, Moscow Exchange, GUM, Saint Basil’s Cathedral & Alexander Garden. Later see the Christ the Saviour Cathedral and the bridge, the Vorobyovy Gory Hills, one of the seven hills on which Moscow is built and the highest point in Moscow where you can see a great panoramic view of the city and the Moskva River.

DAY 4 (Friday): Moscow - SAPSAN Speed Train - St Petersburg

Early breakfast at hotel. Coach transfer to the train station at 05:30 a.m.; SAPSAN speed train to St. Petersburg at 06:45 a.m.; arrive at 11:00 a.m. in the morning at St. Petersburg, the most European of all Russian towns and cities. Founded by Tsar, Peter I, the city celebrated its 300th Anniversary in 2003. Often referred to as the Venice of the North, Paradise, and City of White Nights to name but a few of the names given to this majestic city. On arrival, proceed with your local guide for panoramic tour of the City enjoying its splendid sights: numerous palaces and cathedrals, rivers and channels, bridges and parks, and the Peter and Paul Fortress. You then visit one of the world’s greatest museums, the Hermitage. Later check-in at your hotel for a two-nights stay. (Breakfast, Indian Dinner)

DAY 5 (Saturday): St. Petersburg

After breakfast depart for the town of Pushkin (Tsarskoe Selo), where you will find a jewel of Russian baroque architecture - Ekaterina the Great Palace (with Amber room) and park.  Later proceed for a visit to the Peterhoff, also known as Peter's Palace (entrances to the Park and Grand Palace included). Built on the seashore the palace and the park became Peter the Great’s summer residence. The palace is reminiscent of the great Palace of Versailles in Paris, France. This veritable gem of art is the coming together of the majestic palace, wonderful park with its 176 fountains of various forms and styles, cascades and numerous gilded statues of ancient gods and heroes. The magical fountains were first turned on in 1721 and operate to this date. Peterhoff, has been and remains a symbol of the finesse, grandeur and wealth of the Russian Empire. This evening why not join the additional excursion - visit to Hermitage Theatre for a ballet performance of 'Swan Lake'. (Breakfast, Indian Dinner)

DAY 6 (Sunday): St. Petersburg - ALLEGRO Speed Train - Helsinki

Breakfast at hotel. Coach transfer to the train station at 10:00 a.m.; ALLEGRO speed train to Helsinki at 11:25 a.m.; arrive at 14:01 p.m. at Helsinki.

DAY 6 (Sunday): Arrive Helsinki

Arrive at Helsinki Airport (or Helsinki Train Station for Passengers with Russia Add-on). Meet your Tour Manager and proceed to your hotel for check-in (after 14:00 p.m.) for an overnight stay. The rest of the day is at leisure. (Breakfast, Indian Dinner)

DAY 7 (Monday): Helsinki – Overnight Cruise to Stockholm

This morning after breakfast, meet you local guide for a tour of the Finnish capital: see the colourful harbour market, the neo-classical Senate Square, the Cathedral, the Sibelius monument, the Russian orthodox Uspenski Cathedral and the famous Church in the Rock: Temppeliaukio. You then have some free time. Late afternoon you are transferred to the pier for embarkation for the overnight cruise to Stockholm. Buffet dinner and overnight onboard the Cruise. (Breakfast, Local Dinner)

DAY 8 (Tuesday): Stockholm

Breakfast onboard the Cruise as you sail through the breath-taking Stockholm archipelago. On arrival in Stockholm, proceed with your local guide for a tour of the Swedish capital. From Fjällgatan you will have the view of Stockholm spread out on 14 islands connected by bridges. You will visit Gamla Stan, the old city with its narrow cobbled-stoned lanes, charming small squares, medieval buildings in happy colours, the Cathedral, and the Royal Palace. The afternoon is at leisure. Later check-in at your hotel for a two-nights stay. (Breakfast, Indian Dinner)

DAY 9 (Wednesday): Stockholm

This morning proceed on a tour to visit the City Hall where the annual Nobel Prize banquet is held and the fascinating Vasa Ship Museum, with the unique wooden warship which sank in Stockholm’s harbour on its maiden voyage and was salvaged intact 333 years later. (Breakfast, Indian Dinner)

DAY 10 (Thursday): Stockholm - Hamar

Today after breakfast you begin the journey towards Norway, passing open landscapes, dense forests and glittering lakes. Stop in the city of Karlstad, the capital of the province of Värmland, beautifully located on the shores of Lake Värnern, the largest of Sweden’s lakes. After crossing the border into Norway, you continue to Hamar located by Norway’s largest Lake Mjøsa. Later check-in at your hotel for an overnight stay. (Breakfast, Local Dinner)

DAY 11 (Friday): Hamar – Balestrand

Today you head west into the fjord country passing the mountains of Filefjell and Borgund Stave Church, one of the best preserved iconic Norwegian wooden stave churches, still intact today more than 800 years after it was built. A short ferry crossing will take you across the Sogne Fjord, and you continue through the stunning fjord landscape. Yet another short ferry crossing and you reach the beautiful resort Balestrand located on the shores of the fjord and surrounded by high mountains. This unique spot is a good candidate for the most beautiful place on earth. Later check-in at your hotel for a two-nights stay. (Breakfast, Local Dinner)

DAY 12 (Saturday): Balestrand – Briksdal Glacier

This morning after breakfast, you drive across the Gaular Mountains National Park to the famous Briksdal Glacier. The last part of the journey up to the glacier will be in the electric open Troll Cars, allowing you to enjoy the full panoramic view. Return via Skei to Balestrand. (Breakfast, Local Dinner)

DAY 13 (Sunday): Balestrand - Bergen

Today you will take the Ferry across to Hella and continue along the scenic coastal route to Kaupanger. Here you board a 2 hour mini-cruise of the Sogne Fjord, the longest and deepest fjord in the world. Marvel at the landscape as you sail into the Nærøy Fjord – a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with small farms scattered on the steep hillsides of the fjord, cascading waterfalls and towering snow-clad mountains. Disembark in Gudvangen and continue to the fjord-side village of Flam for one of the most exceptional rail road trips in the world, the Flam Railway. With breath-taking views at every curve it will take you up to the mountain station of Myrdal where you will connect to your train to Voss where the coach awaits your arrival to take you to Bergen. DAY 14 (Monday): Bergen – Geilo

This morning meet your local guide and proceed on a tour of Bergen, which will take you to the famous open air fish market; stroll across to Bryggen where the traditional wooden medieval buildings still remain as in the times of the Hanseatic league. You then have some free time shopping, lunch (not included), and maybe taking the funicular to the top of Mount Fløyen for a stunning view of Bergen (entrance not included). In the afternoon, you continue towards the Hardanger Fjord with its romantic landscape of fruit orchards and rounded mountains. Make a stop at the impressive Vøringsfoss waterfall which has a vertical drop of 180 meters, before ascending the Hardanger Mountain Plateau and reaching the resort town of Geilo. DAY 15 (Tuesday): Geilo – Oslo

Today after breakfast, you head for Oslo, the capital of Norway. On arrival you have some free time for lunch (not included), before proceeding on the guided tour of Oslo taking you to the Frogner Park with the controversial sculptures of the famous Norwegian, Gustav Vigeland. Other highlights of the tour: see the Royal Palace, the medieval fortress Akershus, the modern Opera house, the City Hall, etc. Later you visit the Fram Museum which houses the world's most famous polar ship, the Fram. (Breakfast, Indian Dinner)

DAY 16 (Wednesday): Oslo – Overnight Cruise to Copenhagen

This morning is at leisure to continue exploring Oslo: the pedestrian street Karl Johan and the lovely shopping and restaurant wharf Aker Brygge. Late afternoon you are transferred to the pier for embarkation for the overnight cruise to Copenhagen. Enjoy the view heading out through the Oslo Fjord from the deck or one of the cafés or bars onboard. Dinner (Scandinavian Smorgåsbord Buffet) and overnight onboard the Cruise. (Breakfast, Local Dinner)

DAY 17 (Thursday): Copenhagen

Breakfast onboard the Cruise as you sail into Copenhagen. On arrival in Copenhagen meet your local guide, who will showing you some of the highlights of Copenhagen: the little Mermaid, the Gefion fountain, the royal residence - Amalienborg Palace, Christianshavn and Nyhavn with its charming canals etc. Later you visit the Carlsberg Visitor Centre, where you will get an idea about how the world famous Carlsberg Beer is made. (Breakfast, Indian Dinner)

DAY 18 (Friday): Copenhagen - Return flight home

This morning, you are transferred to the airport for your flight back home. The tour ends, and it is time to say farewell to all the friends you have made on tour. (Breakfast)
