The individual components i.e. either the flight or the hotel stay cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation of both the components (flight and hotel stay), cancellation policy of individual components (given below) will be applicable. Flight plus hotel bookings are non-amendable.

Hotel Policies

Check-in after 02:00 PM Check-out before 12:00 PM.

Children up to 12 years stay free in parents room when using existing beds in room. Children aged 13 years and older are fully charged.

The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-12 years.

According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 2_PM and the standard check-out time is 12_PM. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.

The room tariff includes all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Naer Air Travel will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not possible without incurring a charge. Penalty Charge for cancellation is 1 night

There will be a Naer Air Travel service fee of Rs. 250 applicable for cancellation over and above the hotel's cancellation charges.
